Audaz means ‘bold’, and this is a design which honours the adventurous spirit of La Pampa, where pampeano has its roots. Vibrant burnt orange and inky navy threads make up this design, which echoes the setting sun over the estancias, which is soon plunged into darkness under a deep night sky.
The wax-dipped saddlery threads that were used to create the design of this collar can be cleaned with a damp sponge and a little soap. Their vibrant colours will stand the test of time, and it is only by hand that such tightly sewn lines of woven thread can be attached to our leather in this way. It is this hand-weaving process that sets a pampeano piece apart from the rest, and ensures the durability and beauty that is such a winning combination in our collection.
On the shorter length collars, the width is also narrower to allow for optimal comfort on smaller necks.
Dimensions To ensure that there is a size to fit every dog, pampeano offers this dog collar in six lengths, from 35cm suited for toy breeds such as Chihuahuas, all the way up to a generous 60cm which is for extra-large breeds such as Mastiffs. Every size in between is covered as the collar sizes go up in 5cm intervals. Finally, pampeano also offers this popular orange and navy design in a lurcher collar, so every dog breed really is covered.
Material Argentine Top Grain cow leather completed with a strong stainless steel buckle and D ring in antique brass colour for secure lead attachments.
Care To maintain the richness of the leather, you should nourish it with a good leather conditioner every so often. Apply a small amount onto a dry cloth and rub into the leather. Use a separate cloth to buff it until all of the conditioner has been absorbed.
Try and keep your dog collar dry. If it does get wet, just blot with a towel as soon as possible and let it air dry.
