Look no further than our brand new premium leather Lumbre polo belt inspired dog lead, hot off the press. Translating as “fire” from Spanish, this new Lumbre pattern channels the essence of a hot fire on a summer night, with sky blue, jean navy and orange threading against the rich Havana brown leather of a bonfire.
This premium leather lead is sturdy and stylish, having the power to hold any dog breed. The classic blue and orange combination inspired by the fire against the Argentine night sky makes for a perfect unisex lead, good for any colouration and breed of dog, all through the year. Not just this, but the durable wax-dipped saddlery thread is robust and easy to clean, perfect for those mucky ambles in the countryside: this really is a dog lead for all seasons.
Each of our dog leads and accessories are lovingly hand made with the same care and skill as our luxury polo belts, using the same high quality Argentine materials. The handpicked top grain cow leather undergoes a traditional vegetable tanning process, making sure its durability and softness will last for many years to come. The threads are then stitched on by our local craftspeople, taking up to five hours per belt or lead. This heritage manner of working has been utilised for generations, and ensures a genuine product that will last.
The Lumbre, like all of our leads, bears an optional personalisation of up to ten letters, which are embossed onto the leather. This is perfect for your canine companion names.
This brand new Lumbre design is also available as a dog collar, for the complete canine package, and also as a classic pampeano belt, for twinning with your pup.
Dimensions The Lumbre leather dog lead measures 115cm long as standard and it's available in two widths; skinny 1.5cm for smaller dog collars (XXS – S) and standard 2.5cm width for larger dog collars (M – XXL).
Materials Argentine Top Grain cow leather completed with a strong stainless steel clasp in antique brass colour finish, ensuring that your dog is kept safe and secure on long dog walks.
Care To maintain the richness of the leather, you should nourish it with a good leather conditioner every so often. Apply a small amount onto a dry cloth and rub into the leather. Use a separate cloth to buff it until all of the conditioner has been absorbed.
Try and keep your dog lead dry. If it does get wet, just blot with a towel as soon as possible and let it air dry.
Do not machine wash.
